Raymond H. Marcon, CEO

A 1968 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ray Marcon served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a manager of the roofing division of RNR construction before founding R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981. He is a past president of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Paul Tomczuk, Vice President/General Counsel

Originally from Danbury Connecticut, Paul Tomczuk earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State in 1985 and his law degree from the Dickenson School of Law. He spent nearly two decades practicing law with the State College law firm of McQuaide Blasko before he left to become part owner and Vice President of R.H. Marcon Inc. Tomczuk’s duties include estimating and project management, and he also acts as General Counsel to the corporation.

Charles F. Wild, President

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1973, Charles "Fritz" Wild was a roofer for RNR Construction and then a field technical advisor for the Trocal roofing division of Dynamit Nobel of America Inc. He became a stockholder/ owner of R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1982.

B. Lynn Lauver, Vice President of Operations

B. Lynn Lauver attended Pennsylvania State University and worked as a roofer for RNR Construction Inc. before joining R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981. Lynn plays a critical role in overseeing our roofing crews as well as the day to day field operations of R.H. Marcon Inc.

William A. Beard, Senior Estimator

In 1981, three years after studying at Pennsylvania State University, William Beard became an R.H. Marcon Inc. employee. He has worked for Marcon as a roofer, and leak
finder/troubleshooter and currently is a Senior Estimator and Project Manager.

All of R.H. Marcon Inc.’s senior managers continue to enhance and update their roofing knowledge by attending seminars hosted by roofing and construction industry trade groups such as Associated Builders and Contractors, Roofing Industry Educational Institute and National Roofing Contractors Association.
