For almost 25 years, R.H. Marcon Inc. has been earning a reputation as one of Central Pennsylvania's most respected roofing contractors. Raymond H. Marcon and Charles F. Wild founded R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981 with the intention of bringing professionalism to the building trades. Since then, our expert team has installed thousands of weather-tight commercial and residential roofs, specializing in industrial built-up roofing and single-ply roofing.

We believe that low employee turnover is one of the keys to quality installation, so we provide attractive wages, benefits, training and safety incentives. More than one-third of our employees have been members of the Marcon team for at least 10 years, meaning we offer an experienced work force ready to dedicate their knowledge to your roofing project.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Raymond H. Marcon, President
A 1968 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Raymond Marcon served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a manager of the roofing division of RNR construction before founding R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981. He is a past president of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Charles F. Wild, Secretary/Treasurer
After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1973, Charles Wild was a roofer for RNR Construction and then a field technical advisor for the Trocal roofing division of Dynamit Nobel of America Inc. He became a stockholder/owner of R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1982.

B. Lynn Lauver, Vice President of Operations
B. Lynn Lauver attended Pennsylvania State University and worked as a roofer for RNR Construction Inc. before joining R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981.

William A. Beard, Estimator
In 1981, three years after studying at Pennsylvania State University, William Beard became an R.H. Marcon Inc. employee. He has worked for Marcon as a roofer, leak finder/troubleshooter and estimator/project manager.

All of R.H. Marcon's senior managers continue to enhance and update their roofing knowledge by attending seminars hosted by roofing and construction industry trade groups such as Associated Builders and Contractors, Roofing Industry Educational Institute and National Roofing Contractors Association.
