Amy Kojima
Administrative Assistant
A DePaul University graduate and Chicago native, Amy began her career supporting business executives in the financial industry. She later relocated to the island of Maui, where she raised her three children while helping manage the daily operations of her family’s fourth Japanese restaurant alongside her father, Master Chef Sadao Kojima. Following her father’s retirement, Amy returned to the mainland in 2025 and joined the Marcon team as an Administrative Assistant and Payroll Clerk.
