Cody Shaner

Chief Operating Officer

After graduating from Clarion University with a degree in finance, Cody traveled nationwide working as an insurance estimator, calculating damage sustained by commercial buildings following catastrophic loss from hurricanes, tornadoes, and other natural disasters. In 2021, Cody joined R.H. Marcon, Inc., where he applied his experience as an estimator while also playing a key role in project management and supporting the success of both field and office teams.

Now serving as Chief Operating Officer, Cody leads the company’s operational strategy, focusing on improving efficiencies, implementing policies to enhance productivity, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
